Q2: What is the conversion efficiency and lifespan of your solar panels?

A: We primarily supply high-efficiency Monocrystalline modules with a conversion efficiency of over 21%. All modules come with a 12-year workmanship warranty and a 25-year linear power output guarantee, ensuring long-term return on investment for your projects.


Q3: Which brands do you supply? Are they authentic?

Q5: Do you support OEM/ODM services?

A: Yes, we do. We can provide Logo customization on product frames, backsheets, or packaging to meet your branding requirements. For specific projects, we can also customize cable lengths or connector specifications.


III. Orders & MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

Q6: What is your MOQ? Do you support sample orders?

A: We have recently optimized our MOQ policy to better support small and medium-sized distributors:

  • Solar Panels & Inverters: We accept sample orders starting from 1 piece.

  • Energy Storage Systems: For new customers, we offer low-threshold support for the first trial order without requiring a full container. Contact our online service for the latest promotional discounts.

IV. After-sales & Technical Support

Q7: How do you handle shipping damage or technical failures?
