1. Delamination repair (delamination between battery cells and packaging materials) repair steps: ① Inspection and evaluation: Observe the components to determine the scope and degree of delamination. Small-area delamination can be repaired locally, while large-area delamination may require repackaging or replacement of components. ② Local repair (applicable to small-area delamination): Use a syringe to inject special packaging glue (such as modified EVA glue) into the edge of the delamination, use a scraper to squeeze the glue into the inside, apply appropriate pressure, and inspect after curing. ③ Large-area delamination repair or repackaging: Disassemble the components, soften the packaging material with a hot air gun, separate the battery cells and packaging materials, re-place the new EVA film after cleaning, and put it into the laminator to repack according to the process requirements.
2. Bubble repair (bubbles generated during packaging) repair steps: Small bubble repair (a small number of small bubbles that do not affect the performance of the component): For a small number of small bubbles, if they do not affect the key area, you can ignore them; if you need to deal with them, use a fine needle to pierce the highest point of the bubble, inject a small amount of packaging glue, squeeze the bubble and seal the small hole to cure.
Repair of large bubbles or a large number of bubbles (affecting component performance): When the bubbles are large or many and affect performance, they need to be disassembled and repackaged. The steps are the same as those for repairing large-area delamination and repackaging. Pay attention to adjusting the packaging process to reduce the generation of bubbles.
